Conveyor Considerations

Conveyor Considerations

9 Weeks Until MODEX 2018

During MODEX 2018 in Atlanta, April 9 – 12, there are many conveyor manufacturers exhibiting. Alfacon Solutions dramatically expands the Alfacon Partner Network (APN). APN members consist of system integrators (SIs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and distributors. Through these partners, product end-users receive superior engineering and design, responsive support with an established and experienced local presence.

The Profile of an Ideal Alfacon Solutions’ Partner

At Alfacon Solutions good relationships are instrumental to success. APN members must enjoy the collaborative process and demonstrate excellent communication skills and mutual respect. These are long-term relationships based on providing the best possible solutions to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.

Reasons Alfacon Solutions is attracting the best partners

Unlike some of the other conveyor companies exhibiting at MODEX 2018, Alfacon Solutions offers adaptable and flexible solutions; a long-standing reputation as the leading ETO (engineer-to-order) conveyor company addresses the unique challenges customers face, often left unresolved by other conveyor firms.

In the fast-paced omni-channel, on-time shipping has been slipping among some of the biggest conveyor names. Alfacon Solutions manufacturing facility allows shorter lead times with rapid on-time delivery.

Priced competitively and favorable, Canadian exchange rates are matched with a long-term warrantee, extensive and superior engineering and design.

Reliable support from sales, engineering, and service includes quick turn-a-round time on estimates and any questions related to the project.

Lead distribution: With strong partners Alfacon Solutions provides leads many times a month.

Expansion

The new manufacturing facility, located just 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport is a critical development; it will include a variety of enhancements to support Alfacon Solutions’ continuing growth and expansion. Warehouse and manufacturing will be increased by more than 50% percent. Technology investments will include assembly process equipment and new engineering software to quicken the manufacturing process and increase production throughput. The expansion will also drive a 10 to 15 percent growth in Alfacon Solutions’ workforce in the areas of manufacturing, sales, service and engineering.

Alfacon Solutions (https://alfaconsolutions.com) will be exhibiting at MODEX 2018 April 9-12, 2018 in Atlanta, GA at booth #B637 and presenting an educational seminar called Adaptive Conveying on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM in Theater I. The presentation will provide attendees an overview of a configurable conveying solution and how to integrate conveying solutions into automated vehicles.
